Stick these images on ASCOFrance, so much better than what's on at the moment (might be worth correcting "pycnidium" first, mind ;) ).
Love the section - I'm rubbish at sections - do you have a particular technique? I suppose the structure of the marram leaf gives you guidelines in this instance.

Oops, thanks for the correction.

Sections are just handheld and cut across the stem with a razorblade with a tiny drop of water. Don't use a safety razorblade as they are too thick.
