Hello everyone
This slime mould was covering a couple of bramble leaves as well as the nearby mulch. The fruiting bodies on the upper side of the leaf were unripe and much more spread out. They were much more dense on the underside and the majority were ripe, if that's the word to use. Found this morning on the Sussex/Surrey border.
These images are of the upperside fruits:
And these of the underside:

Re: Another Myxo for ID please
Could be Diachea leucopodia? Were the immature ones irridescent?
If you have any samples of less mature ones in good condition then could I bother you for a sample?
Kind regards,
John

I don't think they were particularly iridescent, not that I noticed at least. If you can PM me an address then I'll be happy to send you a sample.

Maybe it's not D.leucopodia then - the iridescence is quite distinctive..
Thanks James - I will pm you my address but it will be a while before I can look at it.
Cheers,
John
