I saw there was a new book on resupinates but are missing the recommended literature in this section (which we have for other sections) so I'll start by adding this one at a quite reasonable £31.95
The Resupinates of Hampshire 3rd edition.

If one uses this book in conjunction with the several volumes of the Corticiaceae of Northern Europe you will have fewer excuses for not getting to grips with this daunting group (I include myself in this of course!). CofNE has detailed drawings of microstructures - which I think the Hampshire book lacks?
