Am I right in saying that this is Pencilled Cranesbill, I would like to ID it for a smut I found on it today:

Hi Jimmy
could be although the petals are rather broad; or Geranium endressii or one of that group. I'm intrigued by the 'smut' because the only genus of smuts which attacks some Geranium species (not this group) in Europe (and not the UK) is Entyloma and they don't actually look anything like typical smuts.
Can't wait 'til tomorrow . . . .
best wishes

I posted the flower on iSpot and an expert told me that he doesn't think that it's Pencilled Cranesbill because for PC the background colour of the petals are white, whereas these are pink. That would mean that G. endressii would be a good fit. Here is the smut (?): http://fungi.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=117

We were both close, you with G. endressii and me with G. versicolor. It was identified yesterday on iSpot as Geranium endressii x versicolor = G. x oxonianum!
